How can I pay for my order?
We accept Master and Visa credit card. Bank direct deposit is also accepted. You many also pay by sending us a cheque order money order (Cartridge on Sale, PO Box 3080, Telopea NSW 2117).
How do I place an order?
It is easy to place an order online. After find the products your need, please just click "buy now". You may view or change the item in the your shopping cart by just click "cart contents" at the righthand side of the top manu. After you added everything you need to the cart, just click "Check out" at the righthand side of the top manu and then follow the instructions to complete your order.
You can also just ring us or fax your order through.
I have completed my order, but I have not recevied the comfirmation email.
You might have entered the wrong email address or your spam filter has filtered the confirmation email as a spam.
How much is the shipping cost?.
We only ship to Australia. Shipping and handling cost is $6.5. For orders which include $50 or more of compatible ink cartridges(including refill ink and kits), or $100 or more of compatible toner cartridges, or a postage included item, the shipping and handling is free.
My order is more than $50 or $100, why I am still being charged a delivery fee?
The free postage is only for orders include $50 or more compatible ink cartridges or $100 or more compatible toner cartridges. If your order is only for genuine branded (HP, Canon, Epson, ...) cartridges or does not include $50 or more ompatible ink cartridges, or $100 or more compatible toner cartridges, the shipping cost ($6.5) will still be charged.
Are your products guaranteed?
Our prodcuts are 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any product from cartridgesale, you may return it within 60 days of purchase. We will replace or refund it.
When will I receive my order?
All in-stock orders placed before 4:00pm Monday through Friday ship the same day. Normally you will receive your order next working day, or within 3 days if outside the next day express post network. Your order status will be notified by email. If you have not receive your order after 5 working days, please contact us.
